COMMUNITY ANNUAL HOLIDAY DECORATING CONTEST

Get out your Holiday decorations, cuz it’s that time of year again! The Monticello Community Association is holding their Annual Holiday Decorating Contest, with the Judging to commence on December 18, 2024. As a reminder, no decorations are permitted on the community roofs or over community sidewalks, as well as extension cords, etc.

1st Place – $200.00

2nd Place – $150.00

3rd Place – $100.00
