Good Afternoon Members of Monticello Community Association! 

It’s that time of year again, the Annual Spring Garage Sale is Back!  Please see the attached Flyer for the Community Garage Sale on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  Bagels, Fruit & Coffee will be available in front of the clubhouse from 8-11 a.m.

So start your spring cleaning and get your items ready to sale on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
