ELECTRICAL PANEL REPLACEMENT UPDATE

A big THANK YOU to all homeowners who have upgraded their Electrical Panel as directed by the Association’s Insurance Carrier. To date, we have over 100 homeowners who have completed or are in the process of upgrading their panel. However, we still have about 120 panels in need of replacement.

Management will be sending additional Notices to homeowners who have yet to replace their panel. If you have NOT replaced your panel and have received a notice, please contact Management as soon as possible to get the process started. This is very important to allow the Association to keep their current insurance carrier and to not incur additional premium and deductible expenses.
